Fatigue
Any adult who is regularly eating a food to which they are intolerant will be tired. It goes with the territory, whatever other symptoms they have.
Some people will already have consulted their GP. They will have had blood tests to exclude anaemia and a thyroid problem.
The results from the study that I did 8 years ago indicated that 85% of all client's tiredness improved greatly or completely.
I would always advise a client whose tiredness did not improve when on my suggested diet, to consult their GP.
Clients may need to have their adrenal and thyroid function assessed.
I do see people who suffer with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. My input is a key part of their recovery, and I can point them in the direction of other practitioners who could provide other helpful interventions. I am at present doing a course in supporting clients in their recovery from Chronic fatigue and Fibromyalgia.
